Omschrijving

The company is a campground, and is the only one in the immediate vicinity of one of the most visited naturaltourist attractions in Norway. The combination of location, beautiful accommodation and stunning nature provide good base for growth every year.
The campground has a capacity of approximately 250 accommodation units (tents and recreational vehicles). It is possible to increase the capacity of the existing area to about 400-500 places.

There is a central building which includes the reception area, a restaurant/bar, a store and toilet facilities. Further there are two sanitary buildings and a separate accommodation for company personnel.

Nearby the campground you will find the house of the owner with stunning panoramic views from the living room on the Mountains and the fjords.

The owner (Dutch nationality) wishes to sell the company due to private circumstances.

2013 sales were about NOK 5 million (EUR 600k) with an EBIT of 51%. A good capacity utilization of the campground, combined with additional revenue from the restaurant/bar and store provide an excellent revenue and very profitable company.

The purchase is based on a share deal.

The purchase price is to be agreed upon. It is possible to purchase the company separate from the house.

For financing purposes it is to be recommended that the buyer has available an equity of at least EUR 500k. For the remaining part financing at favorable conditions is available.
